Rented a car

I leased a car from Oscar about 6 weeks ago.
They stored my card information and are now withdrawing money from my account without my concent. Because of a fine I got for taking the car to a recycle station, apparently I should've shown a employee of the station my leasing contract to show I was there on private matters (I should've read the fine print cause there was no mention of this to me). This I did not know at the time so Oscar got billed for my visit there. That in it self I don't have a problem with, but they TRIPLED the amount they got and just withdrew it from my account and sent me a e-mail afterwards. While this could have all been avoided if they had just informed me of it and I could've sent the recycling station a copy of the contract and no one would have had to pay anything.
It was also a massive headache getting a copy of the fine, and I had to threaten them to challange the transaction and get it refunded before they sent it. I was just supposed to take their word for the amounts in question were correct.
While I was seeing if I could get this issue sorted I was met with arrogance and rudeness from their customer service, flat out saying I shouldn't bother because in the end they won't change their fee.
If I were to rate them between 0/10 they would fall into the minus category.
