    Bought a product and it arrived missing a piece and with a damaged edge.
    I contacted them right away and provided pictures, and they offered me a laughable amount of money to keep
    It (a 70kr refund - roughly 17% of the total of 399kr), when to fix it it would take me more time, money and efforts than the amount of money they offered. Just between the public transport to go to pick up a replacement piece + the cost of the piece + efforts to paint it the same color + time invested, it’s gonna be way over 70kr... when just 54kr is the cost of public transport money… way more if the rest is taken into account, 70kr doesn’t cut it.
    They offered more money in-store credit (110kr), which is not okay when I don’t even plan on buying with them again.
    I asked to return the product and get a new one sent, and I guess they generally expect customers to find it difficult how they handle the returns, so to give up and accept their laughable offers… because the company has to arrange for a pick up of the product and customers get no say in that. So you have to be home when they tell you to be home, to return a product that arrived damaged and with a missing piece (and this is not the fault of the carrier), and if you can’t be home, then it’s your problem.
    Instead of accepting that, I expressed that I could just drop it off at a parcel shop near my house, and they ended the conversation after that.
    They also ask for measurements of the box I would use, when I am going to use the exact same box then sent it packaged in, so they should know the measurements already. I told them this more than once and they ignored it.

    I contacted them again in a new chat, and they “ended the chat” and refused to give me a return label, and told me to wait until they had contacted me by email.
    The product arrived in not okay conditions, and instead of offering a good and quick solutions, they are not doing so and are only being difficult.
    Meanwhile, I have to figure out a new gift and I can’t even return the product and hope they will send me a new one ASAP.

    Honestly, their customer service is terrible and I wouldn’t buy here again. Save yourself some time and look somewhere else. It will cost you more money in the end if you buy here.
